A conical form French Industrial clock mounted with four windmill blades. The clockwise rotating blades run on an independent movement winding in the rear. The body of the case, which stands on a black marble base, has windows, a front door and a textured surface resembling a stone structure with pierced brass railing along the walk way. The three and a half inch dial of the timepiece is silvered with black hour numerals and black hands rounding a brass eight day spring driven time only movement with a platform lever escapement. Right above the timepiece is an aneroid barometer. The barometer has a three inch silvered dial and a thermometer on either side of the clock.
