This is a wonderful example of an Late 19th Century Etched-Glass Claret Jug, circa 1885. It features intricate etched-glass designs and beautiful English sterling silver.
These sought after jugs came into fashion between 1830 and 1920, and were made to hold and pour Claret, a red French Bordeaux wine.
