A rare pair indeed! These World War II 20×120 Japanese Binoculars were produced by Kowa, a Japanese company. In 1946, following the end of World War II, drafted workers and technicians from the Optics department of the Toyokawa Naval Arsenal came together with their collective talent and skill to establish the Optical Product Division at Kowa.
