Peter Garaj was born in the former country of Czechoslovakia where he attended and graduated from Bratislava’s University of Economics. Peter’s bold determination and love of the mountains led him to a successful career as an international downhill ski racer, his last ever race, and also first visit to America, was in Aspen, Colorado. It was in Aspen that Peter married and began his family. After moving to Florida Peter’s wife sadly passed away leaving him with two young daughters, this provided the catalyst for Peter to begin his career in the arts. Today his work can be found in public and private collections throughout the United States. Dimensions: 26 x 12
