Silvered and Bronze Mantel Time Piece With Revolving Lanter. Circa 1890. The Bollard, wrapped with a hawser and mounted with an anchor, lifebelt, davits and ratchet mechanism has mounted above it a lantern which rotates, containing a double dialled timepiece, barometer, thermometer and compass.
